In fact, integration does not work between your portal and the target system (for example, telegram), but between telegram and the Bitrix connector and between the Bitrix24 connector and your portal.
In the case of rest applications, a partner server is also added to this bundle.
Consider telegram: when writing a message in a connected bot, it is transmitted to the Bitrix24 cloud server (connector), from there, in turn, it is transmitted to a specific Bitrix24 portal. I assume that the queue on the connector is single, so the speed of message delivery between the connector and the portal depends very much on the number of messages on the connector.
