Why are browser notifications not coming?

By notifications, I mean those that usually appear on the bottom right, such as notifications from applications and sites.
For testing, I used the site pushjs.org
In the firefox browser, notifications are displayed, but not in all other browsers.
What could be the reason that notifications do not appear?

In all browsers, notifications are allowed in the settings
Checked through Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, Brave browsers

The problem was in the disabled notifications in the Windows system (Settings / Notifications and actions / Notifications - disable)

Have you subscribed in every browser? The subscription lives in the browser instance, plus the service worker must be active in it at the time the subscription is created and the notification is received. This can be found in the developer tools in the browser.
