Why are bookmarks shifting?

phpstorm

bookmarked several lines
added / deleted several lines
and then noticed that the bookmarks had shifted
i.e. they remained attached to their lines
instead of shifting relative to the number of changed lines
compared with sublime text 3 - everything is fine there
