Why are ads from the feed indexed worse than those added manually?

There is a real estate portal. You can add ads to it using the Yandex.Realty format feed or manually . So, ads added through the feed are indexed much more slowly. Maybe someone can suggest what's wrong.

It seems to you that they will be indexed the same way, since the search engine has no idea how your ads were added
