Why Apache server located on Amazon EC2 is not reachable by ip address?
The server is running Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS with Apache (2.2.22) running on it with default settings after installation. At the address localhost from this machine, a test page is displayed, as well as when going to http://ip_server_address.
As soon as I try to log in from a client machine through a browser at http://ip_server_address. an error is thrown that there is no connection. Telnet also gives me a message that the host is unreachable. Tell me, please, what needs to be enabled in the settings so that it becomes available.
PS I can log in via ssh without any problems

The Great Wall of China (like a firewall). Usually, the default installation of any Linux system closes all ports except 22 (sx). Just stop the firewall.
