Why am I getting not found?

I'm trying to install ssl, but the service does not see my certificates, when I go to the url of the certificates on my site, I get The requested URL /.well-known/acme-challenge/test.html was not found on this server. Locally I can access both the folder and the file, but not on the server. Directory and file permissions 777
