Why, after transferring the site to another hosting, all pages are closed for anonymous users?

I had to move a couple of sites on 1C-Bitrix 17.5.4 to another hosting. After copying the files and the database to another hosting, all pages of the sites are closed for ordinary (not authorized) users, when loading any page, a password entry form is displayed, after authorization, the site works fine.
I have never dealt with Birtix, so I don’t know where to dig in search of a solution, I will be grateful for a hint.
Of the obvious differences between hostings:
- different versions of PHP (5.4 on the old, 5.6 on the new)
- different paths to the Document Root
- On the old hosting, the mysql module was used to access the database, on the new - mysqli
Otherwise, nothing seems to have changed.

lost several service files, including .access.php in the root of the site
