Why after "temporarily allow for this page" for noscript
Firefox allows on all open tabs and starts updating them intensively?
Edit: It's not clear why the script became allowed for "other" pages.
For other sites, and even other pages of this site.

Because such default settings are prntscr.com/5ss7xi

Because these tabs use scripts from what you have temporarily allowed. In order to load the scripts, the page is simply refreshed.
