Why, after "temporarily allow for this page" for noscript, Firefox allows on all open tabs and starts updating them intensively?

Edit: It's not clear why the script became allowed for "other" pages.
For other sites, and even other pages of this site.

Because these tabs use scripts from what you have temporarily allowed. In order to load the scripts, the page is simply refreshed.
