Why after reinstalling os x macbook began to shut down more slowly?

Good evening everyone. Somehow I reinstalled os x, because. I’m in Asia, the Internet here is worse than Russian, basically, after several attempts to reinstall at home (failed due to slow Internet and constant disconnects), I went to an Internet cafe and successfully installed the system there.
But here is such a question, when I turn off the poppy, it turns off for 12-15 seconds, although before it seemed to turn off instantly, in addition to everything else, I really didn’t install anything on it except Skype and Photoshop.

Model: Macbook pro retina 16gb ddr3 memory, processor 2.2ghz intel core i7, ssd 256gb.

During the first unsuccessful installations of os x, I had to forcibly turn off the macbook. Could it be that as a result of them something in the gland broke?

I gave it the other day to the official service center in Thailand, because. when turned on or out of sleep, the poppy on the right side (seemingly) heard a light, barely audible rattle. Today I took my laptop, they said that they had carried out diagnostics and there were no problems in the ssd, but the cooler seemed to be making noise, and that they would order the part and put it on my macbook within 10 days, while they said that I could still pick up my poppy and use them. At the same time, they didn’t give a paper about the conclusion of the diagnostics, although I kept them for 30 minutes, they said that all the diagnostic data goes to the official Apple database and promised that I would come next week and they would replace this part in the cooler for me in an hour.

Is it possible that these two problems (slow shutdown and slight grinding) are somehow related? Or am I looking for problems out of the blue?
