Why after connecting php file jquery stops working?

There is a site that has several dropdowns, other features on jquery and bootstrap. Everything works, but when I connect the top menu through include right after the header, everything falls apart and jquery stops working.

Because you have js scripts connected in the wrong order, because defer is not registered everywhere. And in general the head was shattered.
