Why, after choosing a wordpress theme, there are not all those settings that are specified in the preview?

I install, but the output is not the same as in the example. )
do I need to use shortcodes that are written somewhere in the theme?
or does it need to be coded and the theme only provides the styles? why the theme
example never matches the result

You should read the documentation or ask the author of the topic in the support section. The installation process is usually described there. Almost always something needs to be configured, installed or imported somewhere.

Install the demo content from the theme archive or in the admin panel, find the Import Demo Content section or something similar. And of course you should look into the documentation

If there is a button to install a demo - I install and something similar appears.
for example, a typical theme for woocommerce storefront
But I didn’t think that demo data could somehow just lie in the archive. And I'll take a look at the documentation.
