Whose tests / certification on .Net technologies does it make sense to pass?

The question is addressed more to HRs: they are interested in sites/companies (Not counting Microsoft) whose certificates (confirmation of the possession of one or another .Net technology/language) are "quoted" when considering resumes.

I have never seen certificates in the requirements.
More often they are looking for people with experience from 1 to 3 years, with participation in large projects and teamwork experience. (And this gives a lot, I know from my own experience, a year ago I was also looking for a job in .Net for the first time.)
The certificate will be a plus if HR chooses between candidates with the same parameters. (This is the opinion of HR who read reports on youtube for those who want to receive them.)

My personal conclusion, of course IMHO, is none. While Microsoft will prepare manuals and certification tests for the current version of its own technology, another team will already prepare the release candidat of the next version. In place of hr, I would ignore the certificate for a version that the company does not use. But a funny plus came to mind - with such certificates, the number of basic questions for knowledge of the language and platform can be reduced, and you can immediately go to a test task or some kind of "compatibility test".
