Whose mistake, mine or Google?

Wrote a Google request that contains the word "gif" without quotes. I press search, select "Pictures" and see the first page. When I go to the second page, I see the following: It
db8748ed.jpg
says that some results were found, but it does not display them.
After refreshing the page, an inscription appears for a couple of seconds that “nothing was found”, and then everything goes back, as shown in the first screenshot.

Dear Khabrovites, what could it be?
UPD: Now this is generally the case for all queries when searching for images.
