Can't start using. There is no technical support in Beeline for this product.
what to specify in subscriberId and targetId when subscribing to events?
It seems that I specify the user ID, the UID of the event subscription comes as a result of the request, but when the event occurs, the callback is not called.

I subscribed with CURL, everything works . Is the
subscription successful?

To get information about an event in a callback, you need to check not GET/POST arrays, but use file_get_contents('php://input');
