How to find out all possible urls and parameters to api?

I saw a package written in python for reverse engineering open api (any web applications).
Ultimately, at the output, the praket gave out all kinds of yurls that process api and possible parameters.
Now, unfortunately, I can’t find it, and I have little idea how it can be released in principle.
