Who will advise a program that shows the network status of a computer?
You need a simple program that will show the network status of the computer. At the server-client level. I would like to deploy monitoring of a large number of stations in order to monitor the availability of these machines on the network in real time. Stations are scattered throughout the city at different production sites. It needs to be something simple, no frills. And under Windows.

Your "simple, without problems, under Windows" reminded me very much of the phrase from that joke where they offer to choose two out of three - "quickly, efficiently, inexpensively."
There are many options for Linux. And here under Windows... Think about change of TK.
Under Windows, nothing like this usually happens, because this is a system for games :) The two main options that everyone uses are Nagios and Zabbix You have already been advised :)
If you need under Windows - deploy Zabbix from the official docker container in Ubuntu in WSL (preferably upgrade to WSL2).
Or from the same container - by installing Docker Desktop on Windows.

If it is enough that the remote machine responds over the network (ping) - NetMap https://www.imach.uran.ru/netmap/index.html

Maybe this is enough?
