ETSI LI is not a protocol. LI (lawful interception - literally: legal interception) - in our opinion, SORM in the terminology of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), there are many related ETSI standards on this topic.
According to the Cisco documentation, the ASR series routers support LI, but this functionality is not built into IOS XR, but is installed as a separate module. Also, SORM capabilities have a number of limitations.
