Who uses the drug formulary?

Has anyone used the medicines guide in Mysql format?
I'm interested in the radar or Vidal (and I can't find the terms of use on their websites). Or maybe someone else is using something else?

my grandmother has Vidal 2017, in SQL format, sqlite3 seems to be more accurate. It weighs up to 500mb, quite a lot of information (both drugs, and dietary supplements, and interactions, and pictures). I just have no idea if she is ready to share and, if so, on what terms. Write if you are interested, I will ask her)

There are two drug guides. One was written by a group of authors on order for my site, the second - official instructions for Ukraine. Ready to give access to both directories for free. At the moment I can provide in XML format. It is not difficult to import it into any DB.
