Everywhere they write that the weather API from Yandex is an undocumented function and there is nothing to demand from it. But maybe someone came across.
Has ceased to give xml in general.
It already happened, then it was restored, it happened that it gave xml through time.
The interesting thing is that for other people (the same provider as mine), it also does not work. Although the subnets are different, the first digits of ip addresses are even different.
And from mobile (megaphone) traffic, it works. It also gives the file through the anonymizer.
Who faced? What could be the problem?

I join the problem. But it was like this for me, at first Yandex did not always give the weather, now it does not give it at all.
I update one city every 30 minutes.
