Who used VPS on cyberry.pro - is it just me that was unlucky?

Did anyone normally communicate with the support of the cyberry.pro provider, or was it just me that was unlucky?
At the end of May, I needed a VPS. I searched a little and settled on cyberry.pro. Why? According to the principle "floor, finger, ceiling" :) And wrap everything up...
Firstly, on their website it is not indicated that the "Capacity" tariff line is OpenVZ containers, with which you can do exactly what you can do with the container :) At the same time, the support behaved as if I was the fool myself, I don’t understand anything

openvz virtualization is not designed for such things, like roomy tariffs, these are servers for data storage and nothing else.

Well, I did not pay attention, I switched to the VM2 tariff. I ask a completely minor technical question about VNC - and the support just doesn’t send me three letters:
Yes, I know our service very well, besides, before answering, I checked your VPS and VNC work on it, everything works, for everyone except only you, because the problem is on your side.
Do not think that stupid people are sitting here, we have experience in more than 90% of the hosting industry. we have been engaged in it for more than 10 years, this is our main activity. Show respect to those who answer you directly and specifically to your questions, but instead of looking for a problem on your side, you write nonsense.

Of course, I was a little swollen - for a long time they had not answered me like that and asked how I could contact their leader. Guess what the support did in response? I turned off the ability to see the log of communication with him - he apparently did not know that a copy of this log had already gone to [email protected] - this is a type of soap for communication, I'm really not sure that someone is reading it.
But the leader was apparently notified, because it was through soap that I received the answer:
instead of listening, you began to be rude in response, to which you received a remark that you should not do this. That's right, no mistakes in communication, what is the "customer" is the answer. Meditate on the questions "why am I wrong" for breakfast, before enlightenment.
Your "customer is always right" I don't know which "smart" person came up with it first, but the redneck begins to chant these words by paying a couple of rubles for any service, while really worthy people behave modestly.

That is, I began to be rude, and even called cattle. Apparently, if I had paid a couple of thousand bucks, I would have been a real life ... The
question is actually what - am I so unlucky or is it just the principle of this provider?

Support, of course, burns not like a child. But something tells me (given support answers) that there was a reason. To complete the picture, you can bring here or somehow in a personal message the entire correspondence.

All correspondence, unfortunately, was not preserved - only what I managed to copy-paste in the mail :) They apparently counted on this - I don’t see the list of tickets (even the archive!)
