Who used, uses ZOHO for mail?

Can you please tell me who uses or used the ZOHO mail service for the domain?
If briefly - then the minuses
If in detail - then with the pluses

Requirements:
- mail is needed to distribute work between the customer and the team (type of service = box)
- I think 10 pieces are enough (max 25)
- you also need the ability to work with documents (as in google dox)
- and the distribution of rights to these documents (important! )
- it is desirable to distribute rights by user groups.

I'm curious about ZOHO (price),
but I'm very worried about the fact that Gmail is integrated with third-party software almost everywhere
and no matter how the lack of this integration gets sideways / bone in the future .. is it worth paying attention to or not attaching much importance to?

I already used Google, everything suits me, except for the price =)
I didn’t use Zoho, but I don’t want to invest a lot of time in it and then move to google.
