Please tell me an inexpensive / free service desk system. For the organization of 20-30 machines, but loaded with IT services.

We lived with otrs in a large IT service-laden organization. There were many problems, especially with reporting: native reports are poor, and it is very difficult to do it yourself - there is a completely hellish database structure, there is a lot of information in blobs. But given the zero price, I would say that it was generally possible to live.
Now in other organization we live on MS service the manager. It will not be expensive for a small organization and much, much nicer than otrs.
