Does it make sense to understand it for a beginner in Yii2 (had nothing to do with yii1)?

This is just a framework for yii2, and differs from the usual basic only in the added plugins + Vagrantfile + Dockerfile.
It makes sense to understand yii2, but it’s better to disassemble the framework first, and then advanced
