Who stole money from Skrill or Alfa-Bank?
UPD - Many have noted that there are unspecified Skrill commissions due to intermediary banks.
UPD2- the idea was voiced that at present the most profitable option is pay pall.
I decided to withdraw my hard-earned money from Skrill to an Alfa-Bank account (astronomical money, about $ 180).
As a result, not the entire amount was credited to the account. About $25 was "lost on the way".
The transaction numbers are the same (outgoing in Skrill and incoming in Alpha).
In support of Alfa-Bank, they wrote that, of course, these are not their machinations. I suspect Skrill will say the same thing.
Any ideas what to do in a similar situation? I, a naive romantic, thought that if the money came, then there was nothing to worry about.
Thank you.

A SWIFT transfer costs about $25 on average. What you did is not a withdrawal, it is an international transfer from one bank to another, that is, a SWIFT operation. Payment of the commission could be withdrawn from both the sender and the recipient, but this does not change the essence.
You will have to wait for a response from the Skrill first. Now you do not have a problem, but solid suspicions.
Withdrawed money from Skrill to an account with Alfa Bank for about 2 years, only Skrill took a commission. For example, for a transfer of up to 1K greens, the commission was within 5 bucks. Skrill clearly shows this commission when making a bubble withdrawal operation. The amount that was specified in the Skrill transaction always came to alpha. Payment came either the next day or after one.
But about a month or two ago, payments began to go for 3 banking days and the amount that began to come to the account in alpha is just less than the amount withdrawn by 25-35 bucks.
I think something has changed in Skrill and the freebie is over. Next time I'll try to tie Sberbank and withdraw it there.
Withdrew a small amount last week. They also took an additional commission. This is why I switched to paypal.
coderisimo : maybe you were transferred to a business account, I'm currently studying the issue of payoneer vs scrill money delivery, and I'm choosing a system for myself...
if a business account was created for you, they recently suggested a solution - recreate an account.
divorce is usually fair, conversion, most likely, if all commissions in Skrill are scheduled
or a fee for some kind of enrollment in Alpha
Today I withdrew money from Skrill to a dollar account in savings - 32 bucks were withdrawn for a swift transaction. There was no such bullshit before.
