Who still set up watch-ers on YII2?

Good afternoon, how to set up watch in gulp or webpack to work with Yii2. Setting up the assembly is not a problem, everything is clear, but with watchers and css substitution, and auto-reloading of the page, well, nothing. From everything read in wide open spaces, everyone has the same end: "you can set up both substitution and reload, but for some reason all authors like to reload manually," but I got sick of it.
