Password storage

Who should know the password from the administrator in the organization?

Our organization has a department with an information security specialist and two database administrators, both of whom take care of the server and, as necessary, connect printers and so on. I am a programmer from another department and I am regularly approached with a request, "fix the Internet", "the printer does not print", etc.
The problem itself : on security recently changed the password from the admin account on all computers. He knows the password and those two database administrators. And now, if something does not work for someone, I run to the security specialist, he enters the password and I begin to solve the problem.
Question : is this generally normal, who has the right to access the password from the admin? Has anyone encountered a similar situation? In my opinion, this is nonsense, and it should not be so
P.S.Logically, I should also know the password. But the spec. on security motivated the change of passwords by the fact that only the security administrator should know the password

> I'm a programmer from another department. Do
you have duties to "fix the Internet", "the printer does not print"?
If NO, then you are doing the work of those admins.
If YES, then two options:
1. Voice the problem to the boss, and let him make a decision.
2. Quit nafig.
There is no third.
Can you go over the heads to the admins and informally ask for a password ? but do you need it?
