Modern secure Self-Hosted password manager?

Hello. I have been using KeePass for storing passwords for a long time, but now for some reason I am looking for a web-based solution (browser access).
Requirements:

  • Ability to encrypt with a password (not a key)
  • Ability to install on your server (cloud solutions do not inspire confidence in connection with the latest news))
  • Ability to comfortably use from small smartphone screens

Desirable, but not required:
  • Browser side encryption
  • Free solution (if paid - then a maximum of $10)
  • Simple and user-friendly interface for personal use

Lots of enterprise solutions for teams, I don't need them.
Some of the solutions have not been updated for more than a year and have many unclosed Issues.
As a result, I found this list
https://github.com/pklink/ppma that looks normal, but: encrypts on the server, does not have a built-in password generator (you can use it yourself, but I want a ready-made solution)
https://www.clipperz. com/ did not inspire confidence, on the github it is clearly stated that the backend laid out in the open source only for "educational purposes" does not contain part of the security functionality.
www.teampass.net may be good for corporate purposes, but it didn't seem very convenient to me, because. overloaded with functionality for managing user commands.
fortnotes.comlooks good, but looks abandoned.
So - has anyone dealt with the above solutions? What do you recommend?
Can you suggest others that I have missed?

@kompi

IMHO there is only one way to meet all conditions - frontend for shared kdb(x).
Something like this - https://github.com/gesellix/keepass-node

lastpass.com is good, but you can't deploy it on your server.
