Domain name market

Who registered the domain on the left data?

There is an idea to create a common site with a friend. The problem is that a domain can only be registered for 1 physical. person or legal face. OOO this is very hemorrhoids.
I'm thinking about such an option to buy a passport scan (real) and register a domain and hosting on it.
Give scans of your passport to a friend and keep them with you.
It seems like equal rights to the site are obtained. So far, this is the best option I've come up with.
Has anyone done something similar?

How can you build a business model (or whatever you have) with a person you no longer trust. Especially the domain, bullshit. It is not the name that makes the man, but the man the name.
Let the domain be registered by the one who is higher in terms of development / backend or invested forces.

And what does it decide? Type in case of disagreement, both will be on an equal footing? Well, yes, that's right, both will be left without a domain, even if you settle your relationship.
UPD:
It seems to me that it is better to dig towards agreements on paper, i.e. sign a contract that will be legally binding, but it is better for lawyers.
UPD2: How to draw up an agreement on the joint development of a project with future commercialization?
