Who puts the copyright on the site (designer or developer)?

Hello. Designed for an online store. Further, the studio XXX was engaged in the technical part. Now there is the following copyright: "Creating the site Web Studio XXX". Tell me, who puts the copyright in the end and what will be the wording?
Thank you.
UPD: I'm not the customer.

As a customer, you can remove this developer tag. You paid the money, which means that all rights to the site are yours. This is implied even if there was no talk of transferring copyright. It's the same with the backend.

Such things are discussed in the contract before the start of work. If there were no agreements, then whoever is the last is the pope. :)
