Who prepared the animation for the android application?

In general, we made animations in AE, we need to optimize them for hdpi, xhdpi, xxxhdpi. Here the problems begin, since, by default, outputting to the sequence for psd is 72 dpi. AE has no dpi setting, square pixels is the maximum you can do. What permissions to set and how to prepare a gif for the application?
