Who owns the rights when ordering an application for Android?

Hello.
A question. I had an idea for an application that I would like to create, but ... I do not have the necessary programming knowledge for this. I'm a designer, and I can design, think through the logic and draw this application without any problems... But without a programmer, I can't do anything... If you hire a programmer, then who will own the rights to the application? How can I do better?

Draw up an NDA and an agreement with the developer, in which it is clear who owns the rights to profit.
In any case, the developer will have every right to call himself the author. And everything else - according to the results of the contract.
What's the best way to do it? Work only with people you trust.

It all depends on the terms of the contract, which in such situations is simply necessary, according to the correct authorship, one hundred percent is yours, according to the law, everything will be decided based on the contract.
I will touch on another topic, but no less important in such matters. From personal experience, and just common sense, I recommend negotiating a fixed amount or a tariff rate for the services of a hired person, no percentage of income and the like. In addition to avoiding additional friction, this will provide an opportunity to more clearly understand the project budget, which in turn will facilitate the forecasting of income and expenses.

Design to the designer, code to the programmer. Although a contract is needed and clearly defined rights and obligations
