As you can see on the second screen, a comparison is even given, what resolution was picketed and what resolution does the PHYSICAL EQUIPMENT of the PC have, where did the browser get the information from and who allowed it to send it? How to fix, how to disable?

and where is infa about iron?
screen resolution, obviously, is quite accessible to the browser, and, accordingly, zhs. the rest of the iron / parameters did not suffer in any way.

All information about the hardware - the browser receives from the operating system.
Whether it is possible to order the browser "not to send this data" - I do not know.
