Who migrated from Debian to CentOS 7?

I've been on Debian for a very long time. Years since 2009. Workstations and servers.
Who moved to CentOS 7 and was satisfied? Or who moved but moved back to Debian? And why?
Of course, I read articles, reviews, comparisons. But the "live" responses of the community are of interest.
Do you feel the advantages of RedHat when it comes to servers? What server infrastructure management tools are available (or more convenient) in CentOS than in Debian?
How does it feel on desktop? Including Nvidia Optimus. The temperature of the processor on the laptop compared to debian?

I've been on Debian since 2008. Servers only. I haven't seen anything better yet.

Use what you know the most, there is not much difference between debian and centos.
