This is a variation on the theme of the so-called. slab fonts of the Italian type (with reverse contrast). Judging by the terrible and incorrect L, the variation is homegrown and artisanal. Plus, perspective distortion.
If not this particular font is enough, but just a similar one, then there is Traktir with Cyrillic.
