Who knows the program or script of the archivist?
You need a program or script that scans a disk, finds unused files (a given threshold for the time of changes / last opened) and copies them to a network drive. Deletes the copied file from the source and leaves a link on it to the copied file on a network drive. It is necessary that the structure is not broken.
Source||||||||||||||||||||||Network Drive
Folder1|||||||||||||||||||||| ||||Folder1
--Folder2|||||||||||||||||||||| --Folder2
---File1|||||||||||||||||||||||
---File2||||||||||||||||||||||
---File3(link)-->||||---File3 Needed
under Windows or Linux. Better under Windows.
There are a lot of synchronizers on the network, but they are more focused on maintaining relevance, and I have not seen such functionality.
Much appreciated in advance for your help.
