Who knows Postgresql cloud service?

Now in the hetzner cloud on Windows 8 there is a 1C server and a postgresql server.
I want to store 1C databases in postgresql in the cloud. The number of bases has approached 40, and another increase to 10 is expected. At the same time, 3-5 bases are open.
Are there services that meet the requirements of 1C? Is there a free or relatively inexpensive (up to 3000 rubles per month) service?

If you are interested in cloud DBMS, such as Amazon RDS, then you will not find suitable ones for 1C. But you can take the required number of Linux VPSs from any hosting provider and deploy a suitable PostgreSQL assembly on them.
