Who knows a WORKING way to prevent chrome itself (without a redirect on the site) from switching to https?

it is necessary that in the normal (not incognito) mode, according to the saved bookmark,

all the numerous copy-pastes in Google go to the http version of the site, namely that stupid non-working copy-pastes are

the maximum that was achieved in incognito using the http tab, but in normal https mode, at least kill yourself. and no amount of cache cleaning will help. to see 1 time I read that there is a https version and now it always climbs on it.

ps also helps to create a new profile. but tsimes is that you need your own profile and not a new one.

This is how HSTS works . Google solutions for "chrome disable HSTS" and check.
Solutions are constantly outdated, Chrome tightens the nuts, so that what is found may not work for a long time.

Enter in the address bar chrome://net-internals/#hsts, scroll to the form Delete domain security policies .

I answer correctly myself (in my case)
1. so that it does not jump to https, the only sure way is: Settings \ Security \ Always use secure connections = turn
it off, although it was turned off, but there were nuances.
2. all advice about /#hsts is off target. because in order to remove something there, you need to add something there. and with their own hands. (and if suddenly some sites register themselves there - it is doubtful that deletion will help, because they will register again at the next visit)
3.yes, the root cause was in the "cache" which I did not deny, but no one offered to clean it. specifically with the rutracker - there were too tricky cookies that switched to ssl. having cleaned it, I got what I wanted.
ps nevertheless thank you all for your attention and attempts to help
