Tell me, please, the task scheduler. The main thing that is needed from him is that not just lists are displayed on the main page, but a calendar grid with tasks. Otherwise, the more goodies, the better, let it be better overloaded.

Only the following task-events should be tied to a specific time (and, accordingly, to the calendar):

• Those that will happen at this time, regardless of your desire.
  
• Time-bound commitments you have made to other people.
  

You will shove everyone else there - you will not get time savings, but the following problems:

1. It will be much more difficult for you to choose the time to arrange a meeting or squeeze in another new business, because. the time on the calendar will look busy.
   
2. You will constantly spend extra time rewriting your cases from one day to the next. And if your list is already inscribed there, the problem of rewriting becomes even more complicated.
   
3. Every time you reschedule a task planned for today, you will undermine your inner confidence, because. you have not fulfilled your own plan, i.e. violated an internal obligation. And trust in yourself is one of the foundations of your will and self-organization. Thus, you simply destroy them.
