Who knows a simple free application to restrict access to a child's tablet?

Who knows a simple application that has two types of restrictions:
- by total time per day (for example, 2 hours)
- by schedule (for example, from 20 to 22)
plus a list of exceptions and no extra settings, the simple principle "What is not allowed, then prohibited" when the ban takes effect.
All those who have tried, or do a bunch of everything, but do not do what is necessary, or do what is necessary, but are paid and do even more of what is not necessary, or are deleted-disconnected by a person with an education level - a kindergarten.

I also tried many apps. I settled on the simplest and most obvious:
Usually 1-2 times is enough for the child to understand condition 2.
After that, no problems with restricting access!

I know 3 free apps and 1 paid app: mom, dad, belt and nanny :)
Why does a child need a tablet at all? This is not a rhetorical question, it's really interesting, because. not yet a parent.

Free - no tablet. Mine has it, but the applications are only those that dad downloaded. There was no access to the app store for a long time, then he gave it. The child is already so accustomed to the existing arsenal: tutorials, Wikipedia and a browser for finding answers to questions that he does not need other programs now. There are no games in principle, I do not bring up addiction.
