Who knows a service for downloading pronunciations of words from the API?

I'm looking for a service that accepts a certain word in the request and gives a link to a file with pronunciation.
forvo.com - perfect, but expensive $30/month, the toad is choking.
Yandex / Google translators do not give pronunciation.
sawing the parser of the Yandex translation page is too lazy, and speed is a priority.

I can recommend Ivona Voices from a Polish startup bought by Amazon. They have excellent speech synthesis. At least the best I've seen.
