Who knows a good software for documenting a CMS project?

I make my CMS based on lumen + vue (vuetify). I would like to immediately write documentation for it. What is better to use? Ideally, so that you can write text in the form of markdown with compilation of all this into static html (with the ability to use your own template), and also so that you can write your own extensions to add your own commands.
