Where can I see an example of a good TK?

Hello, as one of the parts of the diploma (website development), I decided to write a technical specification and ran into a problem that I can’t find good examples on the net, some are written in “leave me alone”, in other technical specifications people wrote who do not understand anything in development, in the third is an absolute mess. I found the most practical examples and tips in these articles https://habrahabr.ru/post/138749/ and https://habrahabr.ru/post/140574/ . The author who wrote this post represented a service for generating technical specifications, but unfortunately the service was apparently abandoned and it is impossible to view or download the final version. Could you tell me where you can see a suitable TK (you can also in English)? Thank you.

If you can evaluate the quality of the TOR, then you yourself are able to compose it.

"Good" TK does not exist. There are TK in accordance with GOST 34, there are TK that are understandable to a specific task manager and performer, there are those that are not understandable or incomplete.
That is, everything is very relative. Therefore, it makes sense to focus on GOST.
