If you do not care about the security of your card - there are applications from Russian banks and Samsung Pay
But I would not recommend using anything other than Google and Apple Pay.
If they turn it off - better use the card

It is better to take a card from some normal bank (not under sanctions) and use Google Pay. To pay, you don't even need to unlock it, just turn on the screen.
