Who is studying Nupic (Hierarchical Temporal Memory or HTM)?

I am looking for like-minded people to study Nupic (Hierarchical Temporal Memory or Hieracical Temporal Memory or HTM). Whoever does this, please chime in.
To begin with, I would like to install it on Windows OS without a virtual machine and run a simple example. I couldn't find a tutorial for this script anywhere.
