Who is familiar with the device of the MAGLEV wind generator?

TASK;
- in all wind generators, the rotor magnets are set to "stick" and the wind generators "stick" the shaking force by at least 300 grams, (this is from the videos on YouTube)
- while in the MAGLEV generator the magnets are located "on repulsion" (that is, in a state of magnetic levitation) that allows to realize the breaking and generation of electricity at low wind speeds (!)
QUESTION;
1) how are the magnets located in the MAGLEV generator?
2) where are the coils of the MAGLEV wind generator located?
Option if the coils are between the magnets - will electricity be generated if the magnets are repulsive?
- perhaps someone is familiar with the device of the MAGLEV generator? and perhaps someone handed over the diploma;

@Dezayner

- and one more question, the cores are put just to increase the performance of the wind generator ...., and from the cores there is even more sticking, which has a very negative effect on the jerking ....
- and this publicity stunt about magnetic levitation generally led to a dead end. .. I thought that these same cores repel (raise) the entire structure for a greater distance .... as I imagined it, I thought - it's a working FANTASTIC ;)))
