Who here “reinstalled” Windows for me?

Good evening.
I bought a laptop with Windows 10.
I didn’t demolish it, I decided to try it.
I love Windows XP or Windows 7 =)
The laptop was purchased earlier than the date of the Windows.old folder. She wasn't there.
Then I got into the C drive and saw the Windows.old folder

I didn’t do anything, no one touched the computer.
Where is she from? Why did she appear? Can I delete it (30GB occupies)?
