Who has experience of living in the USA but working remotely for Moscow customers?

My friend has now moved to live in the USA, and he has also moved me, he now works remotely (sets up 1c) for Moscow customers, lives in San Francisco, the time difference is -10 hours, that is, we have one in the afternoon, they have 3 a.m.
What is the actual question about, he works there during the day from lunch and in the evening until night. It turns out a not sickly difference in time, here in Moscow clients call me from 10 am and mostly until 3 pm.
Who has experience of working in a different time zone, how convenient / inconvenient it is for the performer (who is in the USA), and for clients (who are in Moscow).

Not convenient. You work at night.
I don’t understand why go to America and get crumbs from 1C. Isn't it easier to master the local "1C" and get more and in bucks?
