Who has experience in ManageIQ?

Good afternoon! To manage the cloud infrastructure, based on VMware vSphere, we decided to test ManageIQ https://www.manageiq.org/ I ran into such a problem that I could not find the login and password for authorization in the Centos 8 OS in the documentation.
