Who has encountered the Yandex.Money security service?

Maybe someone faced such a problem.
I sent a request through an agent for identification in Yandex.Money. A couple of days later, I received a notification that my application was considered positively and a button should appear to confirm passport data. But she never showed up. I tried to contact the support (through the form and mail), but the answer did not come.
After several calls to the support, I managed to find out that the security service is considering my application, and they do not give any deadlines, applications are considered in turn.
Who faced such problem? What were your response times? I've been waiting for a month and a half.

A year ago was 1-2 weeks on average for non-fraud related issues
