In connection with the blocking of the identified Yandex.Money account (for unknown reasons), they are asked to fill out an application for a refund, in which you should specify an account with a bank in the Russian Federation, you can somehow get a virtual card online (not being in the Russian Federation) in the name of the owner of the YaD wallet , with the ability to get full details, i.e. BIK, TIN, KPP, C/C to replenish this account?
I assumed that you can do this through qiwi, but they do not provide the necessary details (only the card number)
